The Baihe zero-grade rubber dam is an important basic project implemented by Nanyang City to improve the urban environment and welcome the National Peasant Games. It diverts water from the Baihe River into the Yonghe River to form a water circulation system around the main stadium and news center of the Peasant Games. The dam is located in the northeast of Dashiying Village at the east foot of Dushan Mountain, about 200 meters upstream of the mouth of the Huangqu River into the Baihe River. It stores 21 million cubic meters of water, and the backwater length is 8 kilometers to Pushan. It is connected with the first to fourth-level rubber dams to form a 28-kilometer-long The total area of water area will reach 16.5 square kilometers.
