Plate rubber bearing

The main function of the bridge plate rubber bearing is to reliably transmit the reaction force of the bridge superstructure to the abutment, to adapt to the rotation of the beam end and to adapt to the free deformation of the superstructure (horizontal displacement and rotation angle) through the shear deformation of the rubber bearing. According to these requirements, the plate rubber bearing should be designed to have sufficient stiffness in the vertical direction, so as to ensure that the bearing has less flexible deformation under the upper limit vertical load; the horizontal direction should have a certain degree of flexibility to adapt to the beam body. Horizontal displacement caused by braking force, temperature, concrete shrinkage, creep and load; at the same time adapt to the rotation of the beam body.
